The Long beam is broken in response to the power of the two characters when both of them reach the bottom place with the elevators. Thus, the broken pieces of the beam is shown with the steel masonry of the concrete protuded out.

The Dinning Table - Meeting Place

The Dinning table is simply designed in the meeting place with high ceiling, huge pillars and luxurious marble floor in order to create the sense of richness.

Carlos Slim's Office

Slim's office is emphasized on vertical movement and created with concept of him being the highest in the strata, since he is one of the richest man in the world though lots of poverty exist in the country where he lives. Moreover, his ofice that's put up high is created to evoke the sense of privacy and exclusivism.

Zhang Yin's Office

Yin's Office is designed to be oriental and emphasized on the horizontal movement with the ceiling that's not high as chinese temple. Circular form is chosen to evoke her characters that's likely to see lots of things in the world. thus, She can see in every direction.
